Data minimisation

TyreReach collects the data needed to provide the booking and partner service, such as contact details, vehicle information, location, quote status, payment records and partner records.

Access controls

Admin, dispatcher and fitter access should be role-based. Sensitive admin functions should be restricted to authorised operators and monitored through audit logs.

Location and vehicle data

Vehicle registration, tyre data and customer location data are operationally sensitive. They should be used for matching, quoting and fitting only, and retained only for legitimate business, support, legal or accounting needs.

Security and suppliers

TyreReach uses specialist infrastructure and service providers for database, hosting, maps, payments, messaging and email. Supplier access is managed around operational need, reliability and platform security.

Operational records

Booking references, audit logs, quote status, partner activity and invoice records help TyreReach support customers, manage partners, investigate disputes and meet accounting requirements.
