Terms and conditions

These terms explain the role of TyreReach as a booking platform and the responsibilities of customers and independent tyre partners when a mobile tyre job is arranged through the service.

Platform role

TyreReach provides a technology platform for requesting, matching and securing mobile tyre assistance. TyreReach does not carry out tyre fitting work and is not the garage, fitter, vehicle repairer or tyre supplier.

Garage responsibility

The selected tyre partner is responsible for the tyre supplied, fitting work, safety, workmanship, insurance, warranties, receipts, arrival updates and any services performed at the customer location.

Prices, booking deposits and payment

TyreReach may display a fully fitted price based on the partner response. A booking deposit may be paid through TyreReach to secure the appointment. Unless stated otherwise, the remaining balance is paid directly to the selected garage after the work is completed.

Cancellations and disputes

Customers and partners should communicate promptly if a booking cannot proceed. TyreReach may assist with platform-related disputes and booking records, but fitting quality, tyre suitability, service delivery and workmanship remain the responsibility of the garage.
